"Unfortunatly I was not pleased with the service. After I booked and payed for the ride something came up and I had to change the time. That became a problem but in the end that was possible. I also asked if I could change the destination but to be able to do that you were going to charge me 115 pounds extra for a 4 miles longer trip. That does not make any sence. With a 6 mile ride costing 58 pounds and having to add 115 pounds to that is not very flexible and service to the customer not good. But the driver was nice. "
