"There was a delay in collection through no fault of the driver. The airport was busy and transport impacted due to railstrikes. This meant the motorway and network leading to the airport was clogged with traffic making it impossible for anyone travelling to and from the airport to be on time. The driver was very good and kept me informed throughout the delay and whilst he himself was stuck in stand-still traffic. "
